I'm about to move for a job;it's one of those opportunities that pays me well, along with a nice home/utilities included. I can finally take care of my mother :) I don't like moving;all the lifting, packing, cleaning, etc. Someday, I hope to be in a house where I'll live there for a long time,ya know? How long have you lived in your home? What do you think of moving? Lela

I've lived in my home for almost ten years and I dread the thought of ever moving again, You just don't realize how much stuff you accumulate over the years. My hubby and I had our house paid for in 8 years so we at least don't have a payment hanging over our heads. Good luck to you in your move.

I moved to Scotland over 5 years ago. Before that I was living in Alaska. I moved around a lot, but nothing major till I moved to another country. I really don't like moving. I still have some stuff in boxes in Alaska waiting to be shipped over to Scotland. It is taking this long due to expenses. We have one more move in us, when we retire and move out to the Isle of Skye.

Go for it! Chances like that do not come often. Moving can be a pain but onc edone you can look forward. We have lived in our home for 6 years. I hated moving from 1 state to another and leaving family & friends but the move was a right one and I am glad we did. We are very happy here and happy to have a home we can call our own. Opportunities are sometimes blessings in disguise. :) All my best!
