I Want to know how it is that this show can get away with some of the things that is said. I mean I agree it is funny(some of it) but it is still prime time TV

The show is created by the same man that created Family Guy.
Family Guy gets away with worse and was at one point cancelled for trying to push the envelope to far. Popular demand brought the show back which is what helped American Dad get on the air. Fox has been known for being a bit bolder then the other networks,look at Married With Children.
