How Can I Play Counter Strike Online, I Need Server Addresses

In Counter strike, a team of counter terrorists fights against a team of terrorists. But i m not understanding how to play online.
i get servers either not responding or full,,,,,
CAN U TELL ME A SERVER ADDRESS WHICH IS NOT FULL EVERYTIME or I CAN PLAY EASILY THERE.
