who feels they deserve more in the call center they are working for?

I"m one of them.Worked your way to the top, maintained your lofty position month after month, diligently fulfilling your deliverables, taking on site-wide projects in the side only to be bypassed in the end.

Life is very cruel.Only about 10% of the people,get what they deserve,in my opinion.

True. I hate to say this but i am beginning to think that you have to literally blow your own horn or actually caddy your big bosses to move up. Its sad but that's exactly what is happening now. Promotion should be based on what you have done and who you have helped, and not who you know. Thanks for the comment.

ME! Our office is sub par and the money is not very competitive at all. Our company only cares about money and not the people making it for them! The morale of people is quite low.
