Do you find that you're very critical of yourself?

Have you ever heard of the "Power of Positive Thinking", do you beleive in mind over matter? I think that you can do anything you set your mind to and determination makes the difference in how you do in life, do you agree or do you think that you have a destiny you have no control over?
