97 Jeep Wrangler TJ Steering problem

My jeep has a 4 inch Rough Country lift. If you turn hard left, the steering wheel only returns to about 10:00 while traveling straight. Turn hard right, wheel returns to 12:00 when straightening out. I've replaced the steering gear box twice along with the steering stabilizer. Wheels are tight, no suspension wear that I can see, and alignment is good. Has anyone experienced this problem?
