Tourism has a program called WOW Philippines!
lulu.com sent my first check ($100) last November 14. I thought it was just delayed because of the season. I inquired the other day and WOW! It was already encashed by somebody not me.
I served the Philippine government for few days short of 20 years so when I got out in 1984 (I was then 38 yo), I did not get any but according to pertinent laws, I'd be able to get my pension upon reaching 60. Last year when I reached 60, I went to the GSIS to claim but accordingly, somebody got it already in March 1987 - Cory Aquino was President of the Philippines. And so I don't receive any pension. WOW!
In December 1996, I applied for a loan using my house and lot as collateral but the bank approved only the lot. I became financially unstable and was unable to pay. Not long after the bank sold its everything to a Malaysian bank and not long after also, the bank foreclosed it and got the lot including my house without me having received a single cent. I was forced out from my house. WOW!
I suffered from other injustices and I'm helpless to do anything. WOW! In fact I got out of the government service because of graft and corruption and because I could not stomach such, I did my best and I almost lost my life. WOW!
I am now a servant of God and I fight not against flesh and blood. WOW! But of course, something must be done and I will surely do something.
Anybody who wants to join me in this fight against graft and corruption?

Yes, there is rampant graft and corruption in the Philippines that contributes to poverty. If the leadership is good, that will be minimized. As of now, as if the problem could not be solved. Let's just pray and be patient and rely on God always.

I really have a very interesting life. I am writing bits by bits about my life and if someday somebody wants to write about it, the bits bits could be made into a nice one. I could not personally write an autobiography because I should like to concentrate in my translation work of the Word of God from Greek to English. The New Testament is already finished and so with Genesis and Exodus, Leviticus will be published soon, God willing, and so I still have to translate from Numbers up to the end of the Old Testament and that's not an easy job, my life might end before I finish such, it depends upon God, and so I am really so busy. Then I am not rich that I also have to earn even a little like in myLot.
