Here are the 10 top jobs in the US Top 10 best jobs MONEY Magazine and Salary.com researched hundreds of jobs, considering their growth, pay, stress-levels and other factors. These careers ranked highest. (more) 1. Software Engineer 6. Market research analyst 2. College professor 7. Computer IT analyst 3. Financial adviser 8. Real Estate Appraiser 4. Human Resources Manager 9. Pharmacist 5. Physician assistant 10. Psychologist The two lowest paying jobs were the Real Estate Appraiser and the Psychologist at $66,000 a year. I guess that beats my $19,968 a year job! LOL. I think I'm going to tell my boyfriend to get his doctorate degree and become a college professor. Right now, he wants to be a high school English teacher. My career plans don't fall into any of those categories...but that's ok with me. I don't have to have the best job, as long as I have the job I want.
