Are they or they are not existing? If you are a beliver, why you belive they are existing. Witch fact or book or documentary or what else convinced you that the aliens are visiting the Earth? I think that there are some facts, some things that only the alien presence could explain. Starting from history and human evolution and finishing with all the reports that the science could not explain. So, what about alines?
