do you use tags or our interests for posting?

I generally post in those topics which are listed under my interests but when i cant find some topics in my interest, only then i search for tags. Tags are helpful but still 'interest' seem to be more helpful

Yes, sometime I do the same. Before I search from topics under my interest, then, if there are no topics, I search for tags. Other times I search using search form on top of the page to find some specific discussion. I've not a "standard method", sometime I watch to the list of discussion with no responses, other times I watch to the new discussions.
