because of you people in my country have jobs. but please don't be mad when you don't get instructions. your both trying to help each other. its not an agents job if you don't get his directions. their just doing their jobs. please be patient. i to don't like solving much, but i patiently listens to my helper coz its a 2persons effort to solve my problem. well both benefit the agent get rid of me and my problem got solve :)

I will try to figure out whatever it is and search the internet before I call customer care, helpdesk or a call center. I will call my friends and if all else fails I will go to the internet. It is the way of the world and you can find whatever you want on the internet. I hardly ever call unless I just have to....
