Is our country has a clastist society?

In India there is castisim and class system(upper class, lower, middle), I think it wolud be better if we say it as clastistic society, which is hazardous to our country.

hi,this is the most important cause to lag behind so many developing countries,even though we have so many resources including professional man power.
