Good Filets

I love filet mignon. I get one most of the time when it is on the menu. I live in NC and I have visited Charleston SC frequently. I have had many filets in both places and I really love the sauces that go with the filets. I just ate at a resturant here in NC the other night and had one with bolegnise sauce on it and it was great. I love the sauce at Magnolia's in Charleston that is on the filet there. That is the best sauce I have tasted, but I loved Carolina's taste on the filet better. I just love good food.
