Web designing was just my hobby and it became more than that very soon as i started learning it and now renewing it. For people who are interested in web designing the following site is very good and absolutely free. It teaches u all platforms and from the scratch. Hope it is useful. w3schools.com

there is a top noch free web site on the net called www.w3school.com. there is lots of tutorials and free examples to everything related to web design. there is also a large section about PHP, Dattabases etc etc

Yeah u r welcome and the best thing about it is that it doeent restrict itself with just HTMl or XHTML but has all other platforms as well.

it is more on web adminitration and development. It is a good site indeed all the basic things you need to know about web administration is there. I suggest also that you need to have an understanding of elements of graphic design and principles of graphic design for youe web layout. knowing the principle of color will help you in your web desing. use colorimpact for the color combination of your design
