What is your favorite snowy day activity?

It has been unusually cold and snowy here where I live.
For example our high temperature today is 12 degrees !!!!
What is your favorite snow day activity?
We just all tend to hang out in our pajamas and watch tv, play an occassional game, and take naps :)
It is nice to HAVE to relax and stay home, because most of us (myself included) don't do it on our own.

Well it's not that cold here, although for Southern Calif it's very cold for us. When I got up this morning at 7:00 AM it was 27 degrees outside and our Hot water heater pipe froze and so no hot water til we got it thawed out. It was pretty comical, here we are looking at each other going hmmm what doo we do? I am sure in colder country areas the hot water heater pipe is not exposed to the outside like ours was. LOL.... See how much we take for granted?. But on to you question. I would say this cold weather spurs me to want to cook and bake comfort foods? On the menu today is Pot Roast, Potatoes, carrots, green beans, and hot bread. Not sure whats for desert yet? maybe a cake? I will have to see.
But... old movies, read, snuggle up in a blanket and watch a great movie is an idea?

I love strolling in the snow thru my neighborhood. After a snow everything is so clean,calm and quiet. For a little while, I can pretend everything is all right with the world...SS
