Not necessarily because some men do not have any physical strength and some women are physically strong. It all depends on their build etc as to who is physically stronger of the two. Similarly, with mental strength because it depends on what has affected you in the past which will contribute to how strong you will be mentally. I do not think that gender comes into the equasion.
