Shaheenhirani why dont you try e-gold? If you dont have paypal in pakistan the other option that this website provides you is e-gold. I think it shold work for you.

You have to get verified through paypal.You have to give paypal your bank info so they can but it in your account.

Search the safer bank, or you made the account new and or was kept by you then in the house.

I don't have an answer to this, so I'm glad you posted the question. It gave me a chance to see other people's responses. I'm leary of posting my bank information with PayPal, so if I ever reach that $10 moment, I'll have to decide what to do then.
