how to prepare chilly chicken.

first of all you need chilly sauce capsicum ginger chicken and all other ingredients.These are what i know and mix them as my aunt does it and finally its the great chilly chicken in chine es and its better you buy one..

i dont know the chinese way of preparing it. i would love to know if u know? i have my own way of making it but it tastes good. if you are interested in the recipe i will tell you.
