where i can find the rules and other information for twenty20 cricket ! i watched it many times but i was unable to understand the rules till now ! help me !

well i am also interested in knowing about the rules..but i know few of them...the inner circle is for 4 overs and every bowler has a 4 over limit and they ge90 minutes to bowl that 20 overs and in certain cases 5 run penalty is also imposed
