how to get positive attitude towards a work place?

The positive atitude develops on each persons interest of work. If you get a work which you have very interest on it, automatically your Positive atitude increases. m i right?

You cannot make others change their attitude but you can contribute to a change if you yourself are positive. If you are not happy with your job then it will show and you have no chance of getting a salary increase or other benefits from that employer. If you cannot change the situation and are not happy yourself, then look for another job that is more in line with what you think you are worth and would like to do.
