I know a women who left her children 4 years ago to pursue drugs,mostly methamphetamine,she has gotten clean and lives in a halfway house. She has been sober for 2 years. She has a good job and is willing to pay child support but her ex-husband wont let her see the children--how does she proceed? I told her she probably needs a lawyer.
