If you are stuck on a deserted island what one thing you would want to have?

I would want to have my cell phone with me. Chances are that the signal wouldn't work there but still I might get lucky and get traced by GSM chip. What One thing you would like to have with you?

if i get stuck on a deserted island you would like to have a swiss canievette. i'm a kind of macgyver lol. and i would figure out to leave the island.
