Advantages and Disadvantages of UNO ?

As we all know because of UNO many good things has happened.It helped alot in removing barriers between countries.It is because of it that globalisation took place.But still it has many disadvantages like it doesnt act strictly on super powers and even if they doesnt listen to UNO.Uno will not do anything to stop them.What you have to say on this ?
