Caramel corn

This is a simple and easy to make recipe 2 bags of microwave popcorn 1 cup of white granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup Karo dark corn syrup 1/4 tsp of salt Combine all of the ingredients except the popcorn into a pot or deep pan. Stirr ingredients together until it bubbles and granular consistency is gone Stir in popcurn (cull the kernels in a bowl so that you don't have the hard unpopped kernels in your caramel corn.) Stir until popcorn is covered. You may also add penuts if you like Place on buttered cookie sheet and put in oven 200 degrees farnheit for 8-10 minute (this makes it crispy) then with a spatula turn caramel corn over and over after removing it from the oven.This keeps it from sticking to the pan and redistibutes the cararmel that has melted at the bottom of the pan.

what a great, easy recipe! I love caramel corn, but never made it because i could never find a truly easy recipe! Thank you so much...i'll have to make this for our craft day at my sisters house!
