Who is your idol ? And why ?

My idol is John Carmack because he created various games (Almost all First Person Shooters) engines for games like Quake 1,2,3 and 4; Doom 1,2 and 3; Half Life; Wolfenstein 3D and because he is a "game guru" and a great programmer,
