Antique Road Show

My wife and I are great fans of the ARS, especially my wife who used to work for Sotherbys in London (years ago now) It is almost like a quiz program where we try to guess the genre, period, potter, cabinet maker, artist, etc before the expert spills the beans. Great fun. We have several nice items at home but the show has never been round our neck of the woods while we have been at home. Value is a great part of the program, yes, but the do have items of interest as well, don't they, so maybe your collection would make the screen?

I like to watch this show. It amazes me at how much stuff is worth. I have a curio cabinet that is full of stuff and it was handed down to me from my great grandmother. It has lots of old knick knacks and stuff in it. I'd like to know how much all of it is worth. I haven't gotten rid of anything that she had put in it.

I love watching the show. and I am always amazed at what they appraise things for. But I am not sure if I have anything worth taking or not. But you never know.

i have alot of antiques that my parents have given me over the years, but i do not think i would take them on the show because they were presents, though it would be interesting to know how much they were worth.

Oh, your collection of milk glasses sounds interesting! ^_^ I think that my family has an antique dresser that my mother believes might be worth some money. It's a bit large to take into the show, but I would love to know what it is worth. I am not certain if we have anything else that old that would still be of value. ^_^
