What would you do if you were in a resturant or other public place and someone was on a cell phone talking loudly, cursing, or talking inappropriately and felt they were making your experience less enjoyable?

What if it wasn't almost over and went for for 15-20 minutes? Would you make loud comments hoping they would hear you, do nothing, tell the manager or go to them yourself and demand they take their call outside?

sometimes, others are really insensitive. people just talk out loud on their celphones not minding other people around them. they do know that it's not nice to do that but they just do it! sometimes, i get annoyed in restaurants, so i just transfer to another table away from that person. i hate it especially when i am with my friends talking. not really nice!
