I have been a mac user for 3 or so years. I can not stand PC's. Macs are so much smarter. I want to get the newest mac which is pc compatable...for those programs (exe) that I can not open at times. Am I more likely to get a virus. I think mac is taking over, slowly...most most definitly.

I don`t know much about Mac and as I see you tell us it`s so grate I start thinking of getting some information about it. Can you tell me where can I find an interesting presentation?

No, a mac can't get a PC virus. You can have a virus on your hardware, but it won't harm your mac unless it's a mac virus. You can safely virtualize PC on your mac, because then only the PC side can be affected and not your mac side. Hope I helped :D (Even if this is a 4 years old discussion)

Heh, not to be mean, but if Macs are so much smarter, then what are you? :] I'm totally opposite from you, since I've hated macs since I was in 3rd grade or so. Comparing Macs with PCs (or should I say Windows?), both are comparable in terms of productivity, and I also think they crash just as often. I've moved from Windows to Linux 3 years ago, and I've never regretted it. I'm a programmer, and Linux makes it easy to make things that boost productivity.
