Its my first time should i try?

this situation is about my friend and it goes something like this,she has never been into relationship since before and she is now 25 years old and never tried to kiss a guy:-),i try to ask her why she has no boyfriend until this her age now she answered because of her brother who is very strict and shes afraid of it.she told me that his college classmate is courting him right now and she likes the guy but the problem is that these guy is known at our place as an addict and a fratmen his brother know this guy but this guy has already changed he has already a job as a computer technician.my friend what to give it a try she really likes the guy and infact they are seeing each other secretly and she is afraid that she might be caught someday.what she would do?would she give it a try?i need some of your advices and i will let her read you responses.
