Which do you prefer and why?

Whatever they give me is okay with me. I'm only going to throw them away. Anyway, which ever one you get some environmental group will have a reason why it's wrong to use it.

I'm one of those annoying shoppers who asks for paper bags inside of the plastic. First of all, the plastic alone has gotten so cheap and flimsy that the bags rip easily. Paper alone is difficult to carry. So the perfect solution is to use both! Plus, I use the paper bags when I sift out the cat's litter box every day, and I need paper bags to put the newspapers and junk mail in for recycling. So at least I'm not wasting anything!

i really plastic bags cuz they can be recycled. paper is just well wasting paper and killing trees needlessly. only when i buy something fragile like eggs will I ask for paper.. how about you?

I prefer plastic, just because it is easier to carry and can be re used for trash or carry items to a party or such.
