I am no vet and this is just friendly advice but I once had a litter of puppies that the mother was sick and the pups wouldn't eat and when they would they would get diarrhea so I resorted to giving the pups a mixture of soy infant formula, just the cheap store brand. Once they tolerated that I started adding a little infant cereal to the formula and they started gaining weight like crazy. I eventually weined them from the formula to puppy food but they did get VERY healthy from the formula. If you decide to go that route, you can buy just the cheapest available. They are pretty much all the same. I would still check with a vet first as it could easily be something serious~

the best milk replacement for puppies is not soy milk but can goats milk mixed half with water .It is actualy cheaper the baby formula this is what zoo's use as a milk replacer also.It won't cause diarrhea .You can mix in rice baby food or very well soaked puppy food to this .

Has she been to the vet for a check up? Could be a bad case of worms, especially that young, it's common for them to be born with worms.

i think that it needs professional help to be sure, make your way to vet, because still, a doctor still know what is best for the health of your puppy. i also have dogs and when it comes to sickness i always refer to my vet because he gives treatment that is way beyond books and owners can offer.

Take her to a doctor first. They'll know whats wrong and youll get the best advice from them. As for me who is a dog lover and takes care of my dogs myself, I would say dog foods are your best bet because they have alot of nutrients and they boost the resistance of the dogs. Plus, dog foods really make dogs fat! Trust me! But please take her to a doctor 1st.
