My partner and I had a misunderstanding. While apart, a friend sent me an email of the 3 Best Words spoken to partners to soften their heart. I would like to make up with my hubby, please give me your insights about what would you choose to say If you are in the same situation as I am. Choose beetween: (1)"maybe you're right" (2)"Please forgive me" (3)"I Understand You" (4)"I respect you" (5)"I miss you". I'll be waiting for your help. Thanks.

Instead of speaking three words, try focusing on what you really want to say, and speak from the heart. But since you said to pick, I would say I miss you. This makes you feel like you were wanted. When your partner is gone, you should be missing them and wishing they were there with you.

i think it depends on the situation. if it's really your fault, then, please forgive me is the best to make him feel better. and if he has a point, you say that i understand you. never say maybe you're right because it just seems that you really don't mean that he is right.

Not really my fault.. I just we just misunderstood each others statement. "I understand you" will do just fine, don't you think?
