What is one thing you do or try to do, everyday to stay healthy? I don’t mean by not jumping out in front of moving trains LOL, but small things like do you make sure you drink at least a glass of water a day? Do you try to avoid high fat foods? Take vitamins?
What is one thing (or more it’s your choice) you do everyday to stay healthy?
I read all, I rate all but I can not reply to all.

I don't know if I am nearly healthy enough, lol - but I do:
1. Try to drink at least two glasses of water a day
2. Get myself to walk on the treadmill in my room when I can. I do not do this _nearly_ as often as I should*laugh*
3. Eat a healthy meal with steamed vegetables every day. This is easy because it is what my family has been doing for years now. I really enjoy the fact that we eat a healthy lunch filled with things like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, parsnip, beans, corn, peas, and a meat dish on the side. Plus a few other veggies I can't think of right now.*laugh*
I think that I will also avoid jumping out in front of moving trains, though! LOL^_~

Wow that is alot more than I do, I try to drink water once a day, but it turns out maybe once a week instead. :-(

well for me i always have food in my side of the computer.. i go along munching veggies as i type and think of responses.. i also drink 8 or more glasses of water a day since i know that it is good for me and it actually makes you thin.. i dont know but it works for me.. very after 5 hours or so i stretch and walk around for about 10 minutes and fgo back to the computer.. well thats it for me!,

I try to include foods in my daily diet that are beneficial to my overall health. I include as many foods in my diet as possible that support a healthy heart, for example oatmeal, soy milk, tomatoes, blueberry tea, and pomegranate juice. And some of these foods have many other helpful properties, for instance in the media you hear more and more talk about the
damage that's done to your cells by roaming free radicals,
some of the things that I try to include in my diet helps to
combat those free radicals. If I am not talking vitamins I think the next best thing to do is to eat my way to better health ...SS

I walk at least 2 miles almost every morning. I take great suppliments, and drink probably a gallon of water a day. I try really hard to stay away from junk food (doesn't always work). I don't eat prepackaged foods too often, I almost always cook my meals from scratch.

The one thing that I always try to keep up doing is training for fitness, either weights or running, no heavy loads as before when i was younger but I try to keep in good shape and physical training is very important to stay healthy, sometimes I find it hard with busy days and internet addiction :) but I always make sure to get some training done as i also enjoy it a lot.
