if you're to name your baby girl, what will be her name, reason for naming her that? or where will you base your baby's name? if i'm to have a baby girl, i'm going to name her Mayessa, why? because it's unique and the name implicates sophistication and beauty. Of course, i want a beautiful name for my baby because sh's gonna be having that name for her lifetime, so what about you? what's her name gonna be, your basis and why? i'm thanking you all in advance for participating in this discussion for this really will mean a lot to me. regards you all!

Well, it is too late for me to have another child now. From a very young girl I wanted a baby daughter and I was going to call her Christine, just because I liked the name. I was sure my first baby would be a girl, but you guessed it: it was a boy. You know, after he was born, I didn't want any girls. We decided we wanted seven boys. We only made five, but they were all big, strong, healthy boys and they grew into big, strong, healthy men. Since my baby will be 31 this year and I am now 70 I don't think there will be any more. I still love the name Christine which means follower of Christ, so if I DID have a girl, she would still be called Christine.

Well I am lucky I like my name;Serena. So I would have to make sure my daughter would like her too. And it would have to have a meaning behind it. I like that. Mine mean Serene Derived from lating it means; calm, clear, insightfull, tranquil. It is also a name of a early saint and in the poem by Edmond Spencer "The Faeri Queen"

If I have a baby girl her name will be Jessalyn. It is a name I made up when I was 15 (although I've heard it infrequently since) as a variation of an author's name Jessamine. I like Jessalyn because it is softer than Jessica, pretty, feminine and unique.
