What is your favorite episode of Bones?

If you watch Bones, what has been your favorite episode so far?
It's hard for me to pick one, but I really did like that almost kiss moment between Booth and Temperance...

There was an almost kiss???? I missed that!
Actually, I just started watching Bones this winter, so I know I have a lot to catch up on. :)
But from what I have watched, I am torn between the Christmas on where they were all quarantined and the episode that Temperance had to take the stand on a murder and the lawyer got her to open up and not just speak medical jargon that no one understood.

Yes, it was the last new episode that was on in December I believe, and it was at the very end. I think there is a new episode in the US next week. I hope so, I'm tired of waiting!
