Needed help with my paypal account.

I am an Indian and I opened a unverified paypal a/c but now I want to get verified but I don't know how because I either need a US bank a/c or a debit/credit card to get verified so I try adding my local bank debit card but it is not working and I don't know how to get a US bank a/c and I don't know if any of the US bank is in my country India. Please need some help here and if there is any verified indian outthere then please help me out.
