This is my favourite too. I prefer to take it everyday either by boil eggs or kari with chawal or roti. Egg is too nutricious comparatively than meat and chicken. the middle part i.e. called yellow is the very very important to have it. I prefer to make it on holidays myself for my wife and daughter in shape of Amlate, Egg Bhuzia etc. For winter season it is too good to take it once in a day. It is harmless.
