Yes gr8 polytics exists in my company.
Means near and dears of boss will always can work happily but a guinine person who works well is alwasy in afraid that , they can anytime kick me out like this......

HI.its the common problem in every here in all companies,who runs like propritory concern,than professional touch companies.Especially in india,we can see this.The near and dear to boss are give importance to tell some thing on employes and they support who gives some gifts and parties.some times this behaviour even lead to huge lossess and close the show.i saw 3 companies like this.

it common but all shud discuss this issue it will become gr8 issue in India in all type of firms and everywhere polytics is there only....
