Dot on "5" number KeyPad key?

Have you noticed there is always a dot on the "5" No. Key on any Mobile, Phone key pad, why is it so?

I noticed that. It means that it is the center.

The dot is so that you can feel the 5 key. If you know your finger is on the 5, you should be able to locate the other keys without seeing the printed letters on the keypad. It's the same reason why your keyboard has a few raised spots on it.

it's for blind people, so they know what numbers they are dialling. same applies to the keyboard.
