Many of us have heard of the standard ways in which you can get rich....investing in property, hitting the top of the career ladder for those fortunate enough, playing the stock market in an intelligent way or starting a business... A business is a difficult thing to start up if you dont know what you are doing and the failure rate is high. However if you plan well and have a very good business system backing your product you will be able to reap the many rewards of success. As unfair as it may seem it really is becoming more about the business system than the product. Many of us claim to make a better burger than McDonalds however they are more succesful and make more money becouse they have a solid business system. This is also the reason people buy franchises as businesses. They are proven business systems without having the hassle of having to create it yourself. There is however a growing phenomenon of a business system that has began to prove itself globaly and that is the network marketing concept. A business system recommended in many financial self help books including the best selling books, rich dad poor dad, cashflow quadrant, miilionaire mind amongst others. These systems create more millionaires than most types of business system and with the growth of the internet and the removal of boundries, the growth and possibilities have become endless. The success of a company really depends on its ability to replicate itself and as such it will do whatever it takes to educate people and make them replicate in their own right. These are possibly the best companies at doing this as their survival depend on it. One great example of this type of franchising would be on http://muneer1.cashflow123.com However if you would like to just read about the whole network marketing theory and how it differentiates from conventional marketing you can visit www.networkcashflow.ws a website that does not sell anything itself and is purely an informational site.

I have studied a lot of Robert Kiyosaki's trainings and truthful the concept of networking marketing does fit into his way of thinking but is not what he is trying to state in his books or systems at all. If fact they will actually ding you for choicing a MLM company when playing "Cash Flow 101" the computer game. The idea of growing a true business is based on a system that doesn't require the owner to do anything whereas with a MLM the owner is the entire foundation of it all. Until you reach a higher level after recruiting a lot of people into the MLM that's the only way it gives you passive income. In the MLM systems you don't have employees working for you instead you only have you working for you. Trust me I have been part of 3 different MLM's and am still part of one today and the months that I don't personally do anything in the business are the months that I don't get paid anything even though I have several people under me.

Hi, While i understand the major frustrations with network marketing, it really is the same as having a business that you are discussing. Every business requires you to set it up before it can run freely on its own, I agree network marketing is about putting in a lot of effort at the start and not seeing any results for a while, But its like watering a seed in soil, you may not see that seed at the start but once it starts to grow, it will look after itself, that point can take a long time or a short time depending on how involved you are. Also the payments that you talk about actually differ from company to company, Many companies you will not get paid if you do not do anything yourself while some you will get paid every month for the rest of your life. It really depends on what type of compensation plan they have and how it works and how you qualify. Check out this video on network marketing company of the month July 2006, this company has the slogan "income for life" and is not dependant upon your involvement every single month , and is purely a growing income over time. www.freedom.ws/muneer1/show_dvd This is about a true passive income stream which is exactly what Robert Kiyosaki talks about! Oh and just out of interest i have actually seen a video link from my space with Robert Kiyosaki stating why he recommends network marketing, have a search on youtube and you can probably see it, Hope this is useful, To your financial future, M

I agree with you. You can never make money from a business but just staring at the business. You have to operate it as an owner. Just like when you own a brick and mortar traditional shops, you have to open the door in the morning, let the customers come in and buy your goods, re-order goods from suppliers, pay the government's taxes and fees, etc. Those are the nitty gritty part of owning a traditional shops. When you start a network marketing business, it is almost the same. You have to operate it, but the good part of it, the nitty gritty part is being taken care of the partner company, all you have to do as a network marketer is to share the business to others who might be interested in owning a network marketing distributorship business.

I like very much Robet Kiyosaki. His books are very instructive. Personaly I had to read many times his books to understand them because my mind wasn`t prepared to make business. I have a job, good job but I understood that is not I want to get a small retired pay after many years work. I`m from Romania. I`m not sure you heard about my country, but I`ll tell you my country had a communism gouvernment form untill 1989. So its clear we couldn`t have acces to business form knowledge and training. Our doctrine was to work without asking. We couldn`t imagine that there many other way to get money to grow up our wellbeing. Last year I saw a business presentation which changed my life. In the present I`m in this business and I like it very much. Because of that I was able to hear about Robert Kiyosaki and to read his books. It`s about amway business. I like that because in this business you can get all you want. I think you heard about it. In this business you have to work with real people, its not so easy like online working, but the satisfaction is inestimable. That business is very good for everyone want to start a personal afair because is not expensive, have no risk and can training us for later when we get a lot of money and we have to how we make the best investment. So I like to do this business, but its growing up slowly. I want to make money in online casflow sistem but I`m afraid to start. I`m not sure about cards paintment system. I dont have a card credit in this moment. I want to submit for your recomandation link, but I dont know how can I be sure about security system, whats is the best card I can use. I heard a lot of things about the hackers who can empty your card. I wish to make a lot of money fast to invest in my own amway business to make it growing up faster. Amway is an international business but I don`t know how could I make friends in another country to get in this business. i hope I will get the best response to my asks. Thank you

Rich Dad Poor Dad recommended Network or multi level marketing, and the principle of downlining. I like the presentation of the cash flow quadrant that takes away our minds away from the traditional approach of working to earn money, exchange your services or goods for a specific amount of money. In the fourth quadrant your money is making money for you. Your money will still be working foryou long after you stopped doing the work yourself. Your income no longer depends on the labor you put into your job, the money you created continues to earn more money. I have read the book many years ago and these are the ideas that struck me. I have forgotten who the author was, was it Robert Kiosaki?

Yes thats right Cashflow quadrant and Rich Dad poor dad are both by Robert Kiosaki, and they do focus on the aspect of building a passive income. Having property you rent out is a form of passive income...income that will come in no matter what happens, if you are sick, working, on holiday etc. However property requires capitol and therefore the books recommend an approach that uses both an easy entry high level growth network marketing option followed by a higher entry growth strategy through property.
