Does anyone know how to make eye liner? and only make at home, none buy stuff. I really want to do that myself at home.save money.

Someone will use a pencil to make up their eye liner.I don't think that's a good idea.just buy one.much the better.don't save buck on that.

why not just buy one cheap eye liner.that's not expensive at all.so just buy one.that's not a big deal.
