shampoo question ?

I notice that there are some shampoo with head and body and they are melting together which is good or not?Some Shampoo is just for hair,so what kind of should i choose?

I like to use the shampoo to wash my body and i like to use soap also.which is nice.so just try to use,you will get better for that.

I use head shampoo for head and body shampoo for body.that's good i think.i don't like shampoo both for body and head.that's sticky.
