When we say or talk about "the last 10 pounds" we actually mean the weight loss plateau we hit when dieting. Sometimes the best diet is just a diet that's different from the one on which we were losing weight before the stalling. For example, a week out of a low carb and into a low fat vegetarian diet can do the trick. Now there can be reasons that don't apply to any diet. They are the followings:Nutrient deficiency, using wrong supplements, subconscious cheating and not the right exercise routines.

Ah! I never thought about trying a different sort of a meal plan to try to lose those last ten pounds. That's a really good suggestion! ^_^ I am starting to believe in the low carb diets, though. I was doing fine keeping my weight just about level until I recently have been slipping and starting to eat more foods that are higher in carbohydrates. Ah well. I really need to get back on track! ^_^

Low carbs is really important for weight loss. To burn better these carbs, drink ice cold water. I ce cold water crisps all carbs and calories, and then you flush them all down. Try it out.

I think that last ten pounds is definently the hardest to loose. I have been exersizing diligently. I had a baby four months ago and have about ten pounds left to loose, but since I am nursing, I cannot diet. So I just try to eat right and exersize.

I recommend you not only to drink water, but to drink ice cold water, at least 1.5 litres. Ice cold water has a better effect on cleaning you from calories and carbs.

Dear Justreal The only thing that don't change is 'Change is inevitable' Believe me 'time and tide awaits no man' Unless you move with time or your will be left behind 'eating the dust' kicked up by the rider ahead of you. You cannot 'hold back time' You may have weigh 120 lbs. when you are 20 years old but don't fool yourself that 20 years later you still have the beautiful and slim body. Let nature takes its course. You are to live a healthy and happy life. As long as you live a productive and useful life, let you weight be constant for the remaining life's span.Period Therefore strive to be happy with what you got and live to help others to have a better life. So does it now convince you that being 'plateau' out is not such a big deal. OK? Thanks. Love: Bro. Joe
