Yes i do write dairy daily. Its really great. When you write that one amazing moment you had that in the diary, when you write it, you live through it again. And later after some months when i go back an read it everything flashes before my eyes and I live that moment once again. It is really great, it keeps you binded with your friends and your past life. You learn a lot sometimes from any mistakes you would have made in the past

I don't keep a diary but I do keep a journal. It is more for insights into my poems. I usually jot some things down and then I just create a poem out of them. I also include diary like stuff in there which I weed out and don't include in my poems for obvious reasons. I love the power of the pen!

I don't, but I'd really like to. We have a lot going on in our life right now and it would be nice to have some sort of written record of it. My mother keeps a journal beside her recliner that she keeps track of the weather every day. She also writes where she has gone that day and how she's feeling. I think that's neat.

I keep one, but I just simply write what I did in 1 or 2 sentances. I'm not going into feelings and all that. The purpose of this is just so I can remember things I did and when I did them. I forget everything within weeks so I love it. Many people ask me to look in my book for things like "what day did we see that movie?" and I got a solid record of it :)

I do keep a daily diary just basicly because of it being a habit. I write things mostly now on the count of the children. I want them to know how much I love them enough to make sure things are remembered like when they first tied their shoes and how they felt about it. It's fun to keep the memories.

i had a diary but it's difficult to maintain it. i planning to keep a diary again but i think i must plan ahead of how i'am reminded to keep it updated. maybe i have to depend on a scheduler to remind me.

Hi Kathy, I write in a diary but not so much now as I used to write everyday. I find it is extremely therapeutic. It was a format for me to express the things I felt I couldn't tell anyone. I would recommend it to anyone especially if they are going through bad times at the moment.

I try to keep an up-to-date journal of the events of my life. Ideally I would write everyday, but sometimes there isn't time and I'll choose sleeping over writing. I do try to write about every day though.
