Are players more inclined towards advertising brands than playing cricket?

Yes the indian players are very much inclined towards advertising brands rather playing good cricket.this is a reason which is very much responsible for the declining form of master players.This problem should be sorted by the management and BCCI,if not it can pose a great threat to the team of loosing matches.Your thoughts and views please

There is nothing wrong to earn by endorsing products. But the viewer should not feel that it is interfering with the on ground performance of players. Once felt, it means that it is true. Our players have to learn from Maria Sharapova, who endorses products aggressively, making about 24 million dollars per year in the process but also pummelling her opponents into submission on court. The bottomline is "on ground performance should match off ground earnings".
