What are your thoughts on religion? Do you believe in God? Or are you an atheist. Do you believe he made the Earth or do you believe that it was all an accident? Also, what do you think is the purpose of life on this planet?

my thoughts on religion are the same as my thoughts on rehab, some people need a certain kind of guidence and some people only need their faith.some people seem to have a need to follow a regimine ,some people need a place to find refuge from the world, some seek God's word and religion is suppose to be all that.religion is not God and religion is made up of mans beliefs.man is falliable and that faliability can cause some to turn away from the God they were seeking.I believe in God and the earth as His creation for man.Why He chose to create us is probably clear to some who understand scripture better than I,But He certainly wanted His likeness and image to be manifest and He chose to create Himself in us.The fact that He did this thing must be a great thing because it seems that our creation caused all hell to break loose and the war has been on every since.

Seemingly difficult questions. I am sorry if I fail to answer you, but it is really difficult to claim whether one believes or not in God, as we can never be sure of these things. I know people who got a very strict religious training when they were young but turned atheists as they grew up. And there are those who never received any religious education but were drawn to some religion as adults. Some scientific studies claim that there are certain traits in all of us that decides our tendencies to get drawn towards, or away from, religion. So, it's not as easy as it seems, to claim whether one is religious or not.
