For those who live outside India, Noida Serial killings were a series of Child murders that happened in Noida, a town in India. The incident was uncovered in late December of 2006 when the police found 15 skeletons from the house of a rich Businessman Moninder Singh Pandher. Singh and his servant Surender Koli have been charged with kidnapping, raping and then murdering the children before dismembering their bodies and disposing them off in the Drain behind Singh's house. It has been found out that more than 132 children are missing from Kanpur City and the police has no information about them. The victims were mostly children of laborers. Later, Surinder admitted to consuming body parts of a number of victims' after killing them. Moninder Singh had a disturbed childhood according to reports and started drinking heavily later in his life. He has got a wife and a son who graduated from the USA. Later, a Narco Analysis test was conducted in which Koli admitted to the charges and also admitted that he was a Cannibal who also had a family in some distant village. Various sharp organs have been found at Singh's house and mostly he used to eat Lever and Kidneys. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) have started their investigation and of course the Accused are in Custody. So basically I wanted to know what should be their punishment. They are like the real life copy of the Buffalo Bill (The Silence of the Lambs), probably much worse. I think one finger per day. Yep one finger should be chopped off per day. Then hand, then legs, the eyes and so on till they die.
