Do you own the computer you want or are you always behind?

I am also lagging behind. I am still using a P3 800 MHz and it is quite slow. But as I mainly use it for studies (programming,reports) and for surfing on the internet, I am satisfied. But I will buy a P4 Core Duo soon with 160 GB hard disk, 1 GB RAM n with broadband internet....because I am on dial-up currently. :)

i got intel pentium D 930, its dual core like the core 2 duo. currently, im satisfy with my computer, because i got 1gb of system memory, 400gb of hard disk space, 256mb pci-e video.

I got my compaq laptop in August, and I love it. It does what I want, and has all the programs that I want. I'm not going to upgrade just because marketing says I need to....I'm going to wait till this thing falls apart. That's why I got the new computer...my old one fell apart.

I'm also always behind,i have a P4 at 3 ghz with 1 gb DDR Geil but i want a Core 2 duo proccesor with 2 gb of ddr 2 and at least a GeForce 7300 GT.The hard disk about 80-160 gb,i don't want a bigger one.

I'm also always leave behind ... right now I'm using amd64 300 amd2 (just bought about a month) .. my problem why .. all is about the budget ...

I'm always behind on this. I usually keep my computer until it eventually gets too old to run anything. And that's the only time I upgrade.

I own a compaq presario, only have 256MB ram on it though so it can't really play the good games (like guild wars, etc.) without constant lag... and I bought a video card and some more ram for it for Xmas but I STILL cant get the thing to work :( and the RAM was the wrong type
