Don't think that I am crazy. I was reminiscing about my wonderful grandmother this morning. Late in life when my grandmother could no longer drive, my mother would take her to the grocery store every Saturday morning. I would tag along behind the two of them for what seemed to be hours. My grandmother was on a very tight budget and was too proud to accept any help, government or from family.) Each Saturday, as we went through the checkout, my grandmother would reach to the display of Barnum's animal crackers and place a box into her cart. Upon exiting the store she lovingly placed the white string in my hand and told me that she loved me. What is your favorite story about animal crackers?
