Firstly, I'd like to say a big "Thank You" to every one that wished me luck - it was truly inspiring. Unfortunately I didn't come in the top 5 out of over 20 entries. For those of us that didn't rank, there was no feedback however. No mention as to where us losers came, what it was we fell down on and how we did percentage wise in each of the 4 scoring categories. This is a shame - as it could have been a valuable learning experience. However congratulations to the 5 winners and this isn't going to stop me entering any more competitions! lol. Here's the winning entry.

Oh darn - I was so hoping you would win!!! But I have to agree with you that it's a total shame that they simply couldn't let everyone know how they faired in the competition because that's really the only way you can learn what things you could have done differently. And I am so glad you said that you won't stop because of their cluelessness in this situation!!! Shame on them for not realizing how helpful the information would have been to all the contestants in future competitions!!!!

Untitled Bracelet - 2nd prize - How on earth can anyone sensibly wear something as monstrous as this? Wouldn't it catch on everything under the sun & take your eye out at the same time.
Hey there, thanks for hoping that i'd win. The winner got $500 to spend at the competition website & a gold commemorative placque! I'm keeping my eyes open for another one to enter now! lol. Here's a picture of the second prize winner.

Unlucky that you didn't win, it's a bit unfair on behalf of the organisers to basically abondon anyone who didn't come in the top five. That winning one is impressive however. Good luck with any future competitions you decide to enter, anyhow.

My sentiments exactly - abandon is a very good choice of how the rest of us must feel. Yes the winner is impressive! Thanks for responding :)
